‘I’m The Biggest Fan Of Neeru Bajwa’, Says Diljit Dosanjh In PTC Showcase – WATCH

Diljit Dosanjh, who has shared screen space with actress Neeru Bajwa in hit Punjabi films like ‘Jaat & Juliet’, ‘Sardaar Ji’ and ‘Jaat & Juliet 2’, says he is one of the biggest fans of the actress.

‘I still remember, my first shot for a Punjabi film was with Neeru Bajwa and Jimmy Sheirgill in ‘Mel Karade Rabba’.”

“I was in Jalandhar, when I received a call from well-known lyricist Jaggi Singh. He asked me to shoot a small scene in ‘Mel Karade Rabba’. And, I instantly said yes, because I just wanted to meet Neeru Bajwa ji and Jimmy Sheirgill bhaiji. I’ve been a fan of Neeru Bajwa since then,” Diljit said while promoting his upcoming film ‘Shadaa’ in PTC Punjabi’s show PTC Showcase.

Diljit and Neeru are teaming up for rom-com ‘Shadaa’ after almost 4 years. Punjabi movie lovers are excited to see them together on 70mm screen. The last time they starred together was in ‘Sardaarji’ in 2015 which set the box office on fire.

Written and directed by Jagdeep Sidhu, the film is releasing on June 21.
