Jasbir Jassi's Hit Song 'Koka' Recreated In Sonakshi Sinha's 'Khandaani Shafakhana'

It is undoubtedly an era of recreation for Hindi film industry with tons of Punjabi hit songs being reprised into the Bollywood films. This may come as a news for music lovers that Jasbir Jassi’s popular track ‘Koka Tera Kuch Kuch’ is being recreated for the upcoming Hindi film ‘Khandaani Shafakhana’.

‘Koka Tera Kuch Kuch’ is one of the most loved songs of Jasbir. The song was released in 2002 under the T-Series label, and became an instant hit among the music lovers.

Jasbir Jassi is popular for giving blockbuster grooving songs like ‘Dil Le Gayee’, ‘Kudi Kudi’, ‘Nishani Pyar Di’ among others, to the Punjabi music lovers. The singer took down to his Instagram handle to share the news for his song to be a part of the movie.

The movie stars Sonakshi Sinha, Varun Sharma, and Badshah in the lead. The trailer of the movie has the Jasbir Jassi’s reprised song in it.

Going by the trailer, the movie is going to be a laughter ride for movie lovers. Written by Gautam Mehra and directed by Shilpi Dasgupta, ‘Khandaani Shafakhana’ seems to be a complete family package.

The film is slated to release on July 26.
