Kangana Ranaut expresses her 'mood at home' following the FIR by Mumbai Police for her derogatory remarks on Sikh community

Kangana Ranaut compared the peasant movement to the Khalistani movement after the Modi government announced that agricultural laws would be repealed. Following that, a number of FIRs were filed against him across the country. Kangana has been charged with making derogatory remarks about the Sikh community, according to the Mumbai Police.

Many people have filed FIRs against the Thalaivii actress in the past, sometimes for allegedly hurting religious sentiments through her statements in interviews or tweets, and other times for allegedly making derogatory remarks about a specific person.

A new police complaint was filed against Kangana on Monday for allegedly hurting the sentiments of the Sikh community by referring to them as "Khalistani terrorists" in a social media post a few days ago. Amarjit Singh Sandhu filed the complaint at Mumbai's Khar police station, accusing Kangana of attempting to spread hatred through her statements and showing disrespect to a community.

Kangana has been charged under Section 295A of the Indian Penal Code, which deals with 'deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs.'
