Kapil Sharma welcomes Sri Lankan singer Yohani on his comedy talk show

Kapil Sharma news: Kapil Sharma recently welcomed Sri Lankan singer Yohani who became an internet sensation for the song 'Manike Mage Hithe'.

Yohani is in Mumbai right now to promote the Hindi rendition of her popular song which has been featured in the upcoming Bollywood movie 'Thank God', which features Sidharth Malhotra, Rakulpreet Singh, and Ajay Devgn.

The producers of the film 'Thank God' reworked her song 'Manike' for the film which features Nora Fatehi and Sidharth Malhotra. In order to promote the song, Yohani recently was welcomed in Kapil Sharma's comedy show.

Sharing the pictures from the sets, Kapil Sharma and Yohani expressed their happiness to shoot the show.

Kapil Sharma also shared a video of Yohani in which she is seen performing the viral song 'Manike Mage Hithe'.

On the other hand, Yohani too shared photos from the sets of the show saying, “Had an awesome evening with these amazing artists at The @kapilsharma show #TKSS. Thank you for having me. Don’t miss the episode, coming Diwali Weekend!”

Meanwhile, the film 'Thank God', starring Ajay Devgn as 'Chitragupt', the bookkeeper of heaven, is anticipated to star Sidharth Malhotra as an ordinary man who passes away too soon. Rakul Preet Singh will be playing Sidharth's wife in the movie.

Following 'Aiyaary' and 'Marjaavaan', this is Sidharth and Rakul's third collaboration. The movie is helmed by Indra Kumar and is slated to release in theatres on October 25.
