KK had showed 'reluctance' in getting out of car amid huge crowd, says Subhalaxmi Dey

Subhalaxmi Dey on KK Death: Bollywood playback singer Krishnakumar Kunnath aka KK died last week after he suffered a 'cardiac arrest'. It was shocking news for the music industry as Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead a day before KK died. Several videos and photos from the live concert went viral on social media post-KK's death.

As per reports, singer Subhalaxmi Dey, who had also performed at the Nazrul Mancha auditorium in Kolkata before KK's concert revealed that Krishnakumar Kunnath aka KK had relucted to come out of his car citing an overcrowded venue.

She told a leading news channel that the late singer KK had refused to come out of his car after he saw the crowd outside the venue. She revealed that she had met KK in the green room.

Dey said that KK was 'absolutely okay then' and even she took a selfie with him. Subhalaxmi further said that "There was too much crowd outside the auditorium when KK had arrived at 5.30 PM." She said KK had initially said that he won't get out of his car if they couldn't remove the crowd.

Adding, she said that KK had requested the organisers to dim the stage lights.

Krishnakumar Kunnath had died hours after performing at Kolkata’s Nazrul Manch. Later, it was reported that he died of a cardiac arrest.
