'Mirzapur' is surely the country's biggest crime thriller. Starring a whopping star cast, Pankaj Tripathi to Ali Fazal, the drama series has grabbed immaculate couches as a gripping storytelling show over the past few years. After two successful seasons, the show is set to come into the OTT platform this year with its third installment. Well, the announcement of the sequel was made earlier but no confirmed date of its release was announced. However, its OTT parent, Prime Video has recently made the biggest update of all, bringing the bated release date of the thrilling series among its million fans.
Yes, you heard it correctly! The most awaited Mirzapur 3 finally got its release date. On Tuesday morning, June 11, 2024, the makers have taken it over social media to announce the enthralling premiere by releasing its teaser trailer. The teaser video left the audiences oozed and whacked with its captivating plot, character, sequences, and drama by giving a wide overview of the show's promising sequel. Sharing the teaser on Prime Video's official handle, the caption said, "Jungle mein bhaukaal machne wala hai! #MirzapurOnPrime, July 5."
Alongside the captivating teaser, the makers have also unveiled a new poster featuring all the major leads that are shown around the throne of Mirzapur. As the teaser and poster left a hind, the upcoming season will revolve keenly around winning and ruling the Mirzapur throne bringing on a tray a vivid entourage of power, revenge, and ambition that will collide in a complex web of family dynamics. Speaking in a nutshell, the series will take off exactly where it left in season 2 and feature the wholesome battle between Guddu bhaiya(Ali Fazal) and Mirzapur's iconic kingpin, Kaleen Bhaiya(Pankaj Tripathi). Meanwhile, with a heightened intensity and gripping storytelling, Mirzapur 3 will bring its riveting characters reprising their roles along with some other new faces like Amit Sial, Anjum Sharma, Sheeba Chaddha, Manu Rishi Chadha, Rajesh Tailang, and Farzi actor Bhuvan Arora.
Meanwhile, it is going to be premiered on Prime Video on July 5, 2024.
