Priyanka Chopra talks about dropping 'Jonas' from her bio on Social Media handle, asks fans to chill out

The rumors of Priyanka Chopra separating from her husband Nick Jonas came up when the global star removed the second name Jonas from her social media handle’s bio. Ever since then, the actress did not talk about this in any of her interviews nor did she reply to any trolls.

The actress has now come out and finally spoken up on her idea behind dropping the surname Jonas from her insta bio.

Priyanka’s action triggered many speculations of the problem in the paradise and also some said that the two are heading towards divorce. Talking about this Priyanka said in an interview that it was all absurd getting such speculations and realizing what a small action has triggered all of this.

On dropping ‘Jonas’ from the social media handle she said, “I don’t know! I wanted the username to match my Twitter, I guess. I just find it really amusing that everything becomes such a huge deal to people! It’s social media, guys. Just chill out!”

The actress has been super busy promoting her upcoming film, “Matrix: Resurrections”.

Last Month when Priyanka removed Jonas from her surname, it was followed by the premiere of their family show – The Jonas Brothers Roast on Netflix. Amidst the separation speculation, people thought it was a publicity stunt by the actress to promote the show. From her name, the actress not only dropped Jonas but also Chopra making it clear that there is no trouble in paradise.

Dismissing the rumors the couple was seen sharing a love for each other on the social media handle where PC commented on Nick’s workout post and also putting a full stop to divorce rumors.
