Reddit user was banned for saying that Alia Bhatt is pregnant, 2 months ago; here's what happened next

Soon after Bollywood couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor announced the pregnancy, their fans and admirers have been congratulating them. The fans were all surprised and amused upon hearing the good news.

However, there was a Reddit user who had posted in April that Alia Bhat is pregnant. The moderators of BollyBlindsNGossip sub-Reddit had banned the user and called it "Quora rumour" that later turned into a part of "fan war".

Now, the ban has been lifted after Alia Bhatt made the announcement. Likewise, Reddit users have asked that she (the user earlier banned) should be given an award.

In a Reddit post on BollyBlindsNGossip in April, the user 'newbee_forfun' had said, "Apparently Ms. Bhatt is pregnant. The source is an assistant who is a friend/make-up artist."

Soon after Alia Bhatt announced her pregnancy, there was a media reports that stated she is likely to take a break from her ongoing projects. However,  Alia Bhatt took to social media and took a dig at the media report.

Alia Bhatt’s social media post read, “Meanwhile we still live in some peoples heads we still live in some patriarchal world .. fyi. Nothing has gotten delayed!!!! No one needs to PICK anyone up. I am a woman not a parcel!!! I do not need to REST at all but good to know you’ll have a doctors certification as well. This is 2022. Can we pls get out of this archake way of thinking! Now if you would excuse me … my shot is ready”
