More than 600 people turned up for the event and planted 550 saplings at Klangdong forest, which is approximately 200 kms away from Bangkok.

People of different age groups took part in the event. The community paid homage to nature and trees as young, middle aged, and old people from the local Sikh community came together for the cause. The oldest participant in the event was an 82 years old lady.
