Miley Cyrus' plane 'struck by lightning'; fans wish for her safety
Washington, March 24: American singer and songwriter Miley Cyrus' plane was forced to make an emergency landing on Tuesday after it "got struck by lightning".
As per the report, Miley Cyrus was travelling on a plane to Asuncion Paraguay for the 2022 Asuncionico music festival. The plane was rerouted to safety.

Taking to Twitter, the singer wrote, "To my fans and everyone worried after hearing about my flight to Asuncion. Our plane was caught in a major unexpected storm and struck by lightning."

"My crew, band, friends and family who were all travelling with me are safe after an emergency landing. We were, unfortunately, unable to fly into Paraguay. I LOVE YOU," Cyrus added.

Likewise, Miley also shared a video of the terrifying situation from her plane's seat. She captured the view outside her airplane's window. The black sky suddenly lights up with a flash of lightning and the passengers were heard letting out big gasps.

Meanwhile, her fans were worried about the singer. One of them commented, “Thank you for confirming that you are fine, we were quite worried about so much news. We love you.” Another wrote, “I’m so sorry about it… I’m in Paraguay rn, but I truly understand. Keep safe! See you in Brazil”
