Sumona Chakravarti and Drashti Dhami test positive for Covid-19; share health updates

The new variant of Covid-19 has once again made headlines as more cases are being reported each new day. One after the other names of B-Town stars is being reported who have tested positive.

After numerous Bollywood celebs, now Television stars Drashti Dhami and Sumona Chakravarti have come out who have shared that they have been tested positive for Covid-19.

Recently both the actors took to their respective social media accounts and shared their health updates with their fans.

Drashti Dhami who is known for her super hit TV serials like Madhubala, Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, and many others took to her Instagram account and shared a sneak peek of her isolation life after being tested positive for Covid-19. As per the Maharashtra reports, the state had 8,082 cases of Covid-19 on Monday, with two more patients succumbing to the infection. There is a total of 40 new cases of the Omicron variant in the city which were reported recently.

On the other hand, Sumona Chakravarti, who is currently a part of The Kapil Sharma Show, revealed her report of Covid-19 positive with her fans.

“I have tested positive for Covid with moderate symptoms. Quarantined at home. Would request anyone who has come in contact with me in the last week to please get yourself tested. Thank You" wrote Sumona on her social media account.
