Elvish Yadav admits guilty! Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner accepts arranging Snake Venom for Rave Parties

We are pretty well aware with the name Elvish Yadav. The content creator known for his raging youth, who rose to unwavering fame by raising the Bigg Boss OTT 2 trophy has over the time has made igniting headlines for numerous scenes and cases on his socials, and just like his name, we are pretty used to them too. During the earlier month, Elvish was accused of arranging snake venom drug for a rave party but due to lack of evidences he was out walking safely in the daylight. But the cloudy case has yet again rose in the headlines on Sunday, when Yadav was arrested for the same case filed under Wild Life Protection Act. Recently, A whopping update regarding his arrest came in the limelight which states his admittance of being guilty, thus accepting his involvement in the snake venom case.

Elvish Yadav admits guilty in the Snake Venom Case

In a shocking state of revelation, the young YouTuber has recently admitted his involvement in the case which has contrasted with his earlier views, as Elvish had unabahsedly denied his involvement and accused it for being falsely allegated. Now as per the reports, he has not only accepted his involvement in the case but he also confessed the five other accused who were arrested in the same case last year. The source stated that this time, he has accepting meeting the accused in several rave parties and referred about being in contact with him. 

As the youth sensdation was arrested earlier on Sunday, 17th March, 2024, Elvish was sent to a 14-day judicial custody where he shall face a whole new set of charges posed against him. 

The Charges filed against Elvish Yadav

As the case was precisely filed by the Wild Life Protection Act, he will face the charges under the same. But apart from them, he would now also face charges under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, along with Section 29 of the Indian law, that was charged against his involvement of drug-related conspiracies like buying and selling of drugs.
