Palak Tiwari clarifies Salman Khan's controversial comment 'Girls should be covered'
Palak Tiwari, daughter of popular TV actress Shweta Tiwari, is all set to make her Bollywood debut with superstar Salman Khan's upcoming film, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. The star kid has previously worked with Salman as an assistant director on his 2021 action drama, Antim: The Final Truth.
In a recent interview, Palak shared an interesting anecdote about Salman's strict rule on the sets. She stated that the actor had a rule that all the girls on his set should be "covered" and even had a restriction on how low the necklines of their clothes could be.Palak's comment caused a stir on social media, with many questioning Salman's policy on the set. However, Palak has since clarified that her statement was misunderstood, and she only meant that she had set certain guidelines for herself on how to dress around people who are senior to her, including Salman.
"It’s really been misunderstood. All I wanted to say is that I have put certain guidelines for myself as to how to dress around people who are way senior to me, who I have pretty much grown up idolising. Salman sir is, of course, one of them," she said in a statement.
Palak's statement highlights the importance of setting personal guidelines when working with people who are senior to you in the industry. It also reflects the need to maintain decorum and respect on sets, especially when working with such stalwarts as Salman Khan.
Palak has been in the public eye ever since her mother's successful stint on the reality TV show, Bigg Boss. She has grown up around the glitz and glamour of the entertainment industry, and it is no surprise that she has decided to follow in her mother's footsteps.
Palak's Bollywood debut is eagerly awaited by her fans, who are excited to see her make her mark in the industry. With her talent and pedigree, she is sure to carve out a successful career for herself and continue the legacy of her mother and father, both of whom have made their mark in the entertainment industry.
