Thousands Gather in Mumbai's Dongri to Hail Bigg Boss 17 Winner Munawar Faruqui

Comedian Munawar Faruqui, the winner of Bigg Boss 17 season, received a warm reception from thousands of fans in Dongri, Mumbai. On Monday, a paparazzo account posted a video of Munawar in Dongri on Instagram.

In the video,  Munawar opened the sunroof of his car and stood up. With a large crowd surrounding his car, he proudly displayed his trophy and urged the crowd to cheer for him.

Fans in Dongri gathered the previous night to celebrate Munawar Faruqui's victory in Bigg Boss 17. Videos of fans setting off fireworks and chanting Munawar's name circulated online.

People tried to shake hands with him, take photos, and greet him. Munawar thanked the fans for their support by folding his hands. He wore a grey T-shirt, a beige jacket, and denim to meet his fans.

Munawar expressed confidence in his victory, saying, "My heart was pounding, but I had a feeling that I would win. My fans always supported me, and whenever I stumbled, they lifted me, so I am very grateful."

After his win, the stand-up comedian shared a photo with host Salman Khan on social media, captioned, "Thank you very much, everyone, for your love and support. Finally, the trophy has come to Dongri."
