Elvish Yadav, the triumphant contestant of Big Boss OTT 2 and a distinguished presence on YouTube, has once again found himself embroiled in controversy following the release of one of his videos. In a disconcerting twist, Elvish has been implicated in yet another instance of physical altercation, this time involving the slapping of YouTuber Maxtern, also known as Sagar Thakur, an incident that was captured on video and subsequently went viral. Criticism against Elvish is mounting as public scrutiny intensifies in response to his actions. Concurrently, Elvish's close confidante, Manisha Rani, has taken a decisive stance in reaction to his behavior.

Elvish and Manisha have previously collaborated on professional projects. Their camaraderie first blossomed during their tenure in the Big Boss OTT 2 house, where they were frequently observed engaging in discussions and flirtatious banter. Following the culmination of the show, Manisha participated in a musical venture with Elvish. However, it appears that Manisha's interpretation of Elvish's recent conduct has prompted her to sever ties with him.

Legal action has been taken against Elvish Yadav. As reported by Bollywood Life, the police have filed a case against Elvish Yadav under sections 147, 149, 323, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequent to the filing of the case, Maxtern provided a statement to the police recounting the events: "For the past few months, Elvish's fan pages have been spreading hate... which troubled me. Elvish asked me to meet, but I thought it would be just a conversation. When he came to the shop, he had 8-10 goons with him who were intoxicated. As soon as he arrived, he started beating me and using abusive language. Elvish Yadav tried to break my spine."

The incident under scrutiny revolves around a video that went viral on Friday night, depicting Elvish Yadav physically assaulting YouTuber Maxtern, also known as Sagar Thakur. Several other individuals were also present alongside Elvish in the video. Subsequently, the video garnered significant attention on social media platforms, resulting in renewed criticism directed towards Elvish. In response to the unfolding situation, Elvish issued the following statement:
