Ranbir Kapoor's 'Ramayan' Commitment Questioned After Drink Scandal!

Currently engrossed in filming his forthcoming project "Ramayan," Ranbir Kapoor is diligently dedicating himself to his role. This cinematic venture, an adaptation of the revered epic Ramayan, is slated for release in two parts. Just days ago, Ranbir Kapoor publicly stated his commitment to abstaining from alcohol and non-vegetarian fare for the film. However, a circulating photograph seems to contradict this assertion.

In the midst of the buzz surrounding Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani's pre-wedding festivities, multiple images have flooded social media platforms. One specific snapshot has captured considerable attention. Within it, Ranbir Kapoor is discernible, clad in an off-white jacket and trousers, engaged in conversation with attendees while Shanaya Kapoor looms nearby. Of particular note is the presence of what appears to be a beverage in Ranbir's grasp.

The apparent discrepancy between Ranbir's earlier claim of abstinence and the sight of him with a drink in hand has sparked controversy. The actor now finds himself under scrutiny, with many expressing their dissatisfaction with his actions.

Furthermore, the remuneration of the cast for "Ramayan" has garnered attention. Earlier reports emerged regarding Nitesh Tiwari's direction of the film, accompanied by staggering budget figures. The initial installment of "Ramayan" boasts a budget of 835 crore rupees. Alongside this financial enormity, the star-studded ensemble has commanded significant fees. Ranbir Kapoor, for instance, demands a hefty 75 crore rupees per part for his involvement in the project. Similarly, Sai Pallavi, portraying the character of Sita, reportedly charges between 18 to 20 crore rupees, as per Koimoi's report.
