Jeff Nero Hardy is set to appear in court after being arrested and charged with driving under the influence (DUI). He was arrested on Sunday in Volusia County, Florida.

Jeff Hardy, whose real name is Jeff Nero Hardy, rose to fame in WWE with his brother Matt Hardy. The duo performed in WWE as The Hardy Boyz.
It is the third DUI arrest for Jeff Hardy and the news has shocked his fans. It may be recalled that Hardy had previously spent time in rehab. He has been candid about struggling with drug and alcohol addiction.

As per the Volusia County Corrections website, Hardy has been charged with an alleged third drug or alcohol-related DUI offense within 10 years, driving with a suspended, canceled, or revoked license, and violation of restrictions placed on a driver’s license.

Reportedly, the police said that Hardy seemed 'to be in a stupor and confused' and even 'smelled of alcohol'.
On the work front, Hardy was currently contracted with All Elite Wrestling (AEW. He was scheduled to participate in an episode of AEW Dynamite on Wednesday.
