As per the Volusia County Corrections website, Hardy has been charged with an alleged third drug or alcohol-related DUI offense within 10 years, driving with a suspended, canceled, or revoked license, and violation of restrictions placed on a driver’s license.
Reportedly, the police said that Hardy seemed 'to be in a stupor and confused' and even 'smelled of alcohol'.
On the work front, Hardy was currently contracted with All Elite Wrestling (AEW. He was scheduled to participate in an episode of AEW Dynamite on Wednesday.
