AKSHAY KUMAR VISITS GOLDEN TEMPLE

Akshay Kumar who has been raving in accolades for critically acclaimed film ‘Toilet – Ek Prem Katha’ visited Golden Temple in Amritsar today at the crack of dawn.

Sharing a picture on his twitter handle, Akshay summarized his entire experience in one word calling it ‘Surreal’. In the picture, Akshay can be seen immersed in the moment, listening to the Gurbani  while the dazzling Golden Temple premises can be seen in the backdrop.

Akshay Kumar is currently shooting in Amritsar for his upcoming movie Gold which also stars Amit Sadh, Kunal Kapoor and Mouni Roy in lead roles.

‘Talaash-The Answer Lies Within’ famed Reema Kagti is directing this new project which is  based on the life of hockey player Balbir Singh, who was on the team that won the first Olympic medal for India as a free nation in 1948.  Reema Kagti says the movie will not only circulate around India’s Olympic medal win in 1948 but rather showcase the golden era of Indian Hockey as whole.
