Atrangi Re Trailer: Akshay Kumar- Dhanush- Sara Ali Khan promises a fun-filled 'love triangle'

The trailer for Akshay Kumar, Sara Ali Khan, and Dhanush's much-anticipated film, Atrangi Re, has been released, and it appears to be a true Anand L Rai production.

The trailer that is filled with love, comedy as well as confusion promises a fun-filled family-entertainment.

In the trailer, a Tamil-speaking Dhanush is coerced into marrying Sara Ali Khan. The actress is a rebel who also does not want to marry. They are, however, compelled to complete the wedding and relocate to Delhi.

The feisty Sara appears as Rinku, who is forced to marry Vishu aka Dhanush. However, the twist is they result to fall a prey of love traingle when, Akshay Kumar appears riding an elephant. Rai's film is a big-budget masala entertainer, and the trailer certainly gives us a taste of it with AR Rahman's upbeat music as well.

Sara Ali Khan teased her Instagram followers with film posters ahead of the trailer's release. "Celebrate love that lets you be yourself???" she simply captioned the photo.

Himanshu Sharma has written the screenplay, and Bhushan Kumar's T-Series, Colour Yellow Productions, and Cape of Good Films produced it. AR Rahman has composed the soundtrack for the film, which includes songs written by Irshad Kamil.

Directed by Aanand L Rai; the film Atrangi Re will premiere on Disney Plus Hotstar on December 24th.
