Masoom Minawala's ELSA moment steals the show at Cannes in stunning blue gown by Falguni Shane Peacock
Masoom Minawala, India's undeniable queen of fashion, represented her country at Cannes for the fourth time in a row when she walked the red carpet in a magnificent blue couture gown by Falguni Shane Peacock, having an Elsa moment on the French Riviera.
The outfit had a waist cape trail that was 13 feet long and made out of numerous layers of ruffles. The waist cape, which was made with extreme care, features many layers of ruffles that drop softly from the waistline, perfectly reflecting Masoom's spirit of femininity. The dress' bodice features intricate embroidery that displays the country's recognised for its fine craftsmanship and cultural heritage. The Swarovski stones, beads, and crystal embellishments enhanced the gown's appeal by adding a modern touch.
Masoom exhibited her exquisite sense of style this season by dressing in designs by Roberto Cavalli, Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, Marmar Halim, and Elio Abou Fayssal, all of which were styled by none other than Anaita Shroff Adajania.
When asked about her Elsa moment at Cannes this year, global influencer and entrepreneur Masoom Minawala stated, "I knew from the beginning that on my last red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival, I wanted to go big while exhibiting the exquisite workmanship that India is renowned for. A dress of dreams, the powder blue gown had layers and layers of frills. This year, I had a lot of fun with fashion; I didn't follow the conventional wisdom and just concentrated on communicating what fashion genuinely means to me and how I feel about it.
