Pankaj Tripathi's Father Passes Away at 99; actor En Route to Hometown for Last Rites

In a shocking event, the esteemed actor Pankaj Tripathi's father, Pandit Banaras Tiwari, breathed his last on Monday at the age of 99. The demise of the elderly is said to be because of age-related health issues. Presently, the actor is en route to his ancestral village in Gopalganj, Bihar, to bid a final farewell to his beloved father.

A heartfelt statement was released by Pankaj Tripathi's team, confirming the unfortunate news and paying tribute to the departed soul. The statement read, "It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Pankaj Tripathi's father, Pandit Banaras Tiwari. He graced this world with his presence for a full and contented life spanning 99 years. Today, amidst close-knit family members, his final rites shall be conducted. Pankaj Tripathi is currently on his way to his hometown in Gopalganj."
