Bollywood stars Arijit Singh, Madhur Bhandarkar, Priyadarshan contracts Covid-19

Corona cases are on the rise once again in the country. Many Bollywood celebrities have recently succumbed to the virus in less than a month. Arijit Singh, Madhur Bhandarkar, director Priyadarshan, and YouTuber Ashish Chanchalani are among the celebrities who have been included in the list.

Priyadarshan, the filmmaker, has been hospitalized at Apollo Hospital in Chennai after his corona test came out positive, according to sources. Arijit Singh, on the other hand, has informed his followers about his coronavirus by publishing a post on social media.

Arijit Singh took to his Facebook account and revealed that he along with his wife have contracted Covid-19. 

Madhur Bhandarkar tweeted recently, "I have tested positive for Covid. Been Fully vaccinated but experiencing Mild symptoms. Have isolated myself. Those who came in contact with me in kindly get yourself tested. Please be safe & follow covid-19 protocols"

Earlier, numerous names from the BTown industry were in news for contracting the new Covid-19 variant. In January itself numerous celebs have informed that they have tested positive for the virus.

Bollywood actress Mithila Palkar has previously been reported that she has tested positive and began her birthday week on a 'Covid positive note'.

Due to the rise of Covid-19 cases; numerous States have announced the closure and restriction guidelines keeping in view the spread of the coronavirus.

Numerous films which were slated to release in theaters have also been delayed until the next orders.
