Ajay Devgn buys 5 office spaces in Mumbai: Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn has initiated a great move as the actor bought 5 office spaces in Mumbai's Andheri West area, which are worth Rs 45 Crore. After purchasing a beautiful mansion in Juhu, Mumbai, measuring 474.4 square meters, for an astounding sum of Rs 47.5 crore, two years ago, he made another significant transaction.
As per the reports, the office units, boasting a collective area of 13,293 square feet, are situated within the prestigious Signature Building, Oshiwara, along Veera Desai Road.
Detailed records provided by CRE Matrix reveal that three of the acquired units are located on the 16th floor of the Signature Building. These particular units have a built-up area of 8,405 square feet and were acquired at a valuation of Rs 30.35 crore. The accompanying stamp duty for this purchase amounted to Rs 1.82 crore. On the other hand, the remaining two units are situated on the 17th floor and extend across a total built-up area of 4,893 square feet, which cost the actor an estimated Rs 14.74 crore.
The properties have been officially registered under the name of Vishal (Ajay) Virender Devgan, solidifying the actor's ownership of these prized assets. It's worth noting that a few days prior to Ajay Devgn's acquisition of the office units, his spouse, the renowned actress Kajol, also made a noteworthy purchase in the city. Kajol purchased an apartment with an ample carpet area of 2,493 square feet, complemented by four designated car parking spots, for an impressive Rs 16.5 crore.
On the professional front, Ajay Devgn was last seen in the action-packed film "Bholaa," co-starring the talented Tabu. His upcoming lineup promises to redeem his box office prowess. It includes the long-awaited sports drama "Maidaan," the intriguing film "Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha," and the highly anticipated third installment of the "Singham" franchise, expected to hit screens in August next year.
