BMCM star Tiger Shroff buys a new 4,248-square feet home worth Rupees Crores in Pune!
Looking at the Bollywood forefront, Tiger Shroff is one of the most starry actor of the current generation who has contributed immensely to the realm of Indian cinema. Son to veteran actor, Jackie Shroff, he is a ball of wholesome versatility who is known for various acing calibers apart from acting. Tiger is currently buzzing quite frequently in the entertainment headlines ahead of his upcoming veture, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, co-starring none other than Akshay Kumar. Meanwhile, the Shroff starlet has recently bought a luxurious apartment in the city of Pune worth crores, as per the recent Bollywood breaking.
Tuesday, 19th March, 2024 came with the sources reporting that the Bade Miyan Chote Miyan actor, Tiger Shroff has added an another starry feather as he had made a whopping puchase of a luxurious apartment in Pune. The report stated that Tiger has bough a 4,248-square feet residence at Rs. 7.5 crore, developed by real estate heavyweight 'Panchshil Realty' which is a part of the premium Yoo Pune project in Hadapsar. The reports also further mentioned that the BMCM fame has credited a stamp duty of Rs. 52.5 lakh during the registration that took place on 5th March, 2024, as per the documents acquired from the real estate database.
Meanwhile, soon after buying the Rs. 7.5 crore apartment, Tiger has rented out the place that will incur him Rs. 3.5 lakh per month, that has been reportedly leased out to a baverage related business company, Cherise India Private Limited.
Apart from this, Tigher Shroff also own a ultra-luxurious 8 BHK apartment at the Khar region of Mumbai. Located in the Mumbai's suburbs, Rustomjee Paramount, the house is valued at almost Rs 35 crore.
Speaking of his workront, he is currently all gearing up for his latest upcoming action-thriller venture 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' which will star Tiger alongside Akshay Kumar. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, this is a movie with a whopping budget of Rs. 350 crore, which promises a captivating ride of thrills to the viewers. The movie will also feature other actors like Prithviraj Sukumaran, Alaya F, Manushi Chillar and Sonakshi Sinha in some pivotal roles. Distributed by Yash Raj Films and PVR Inox Pictures, the mega action venture is all set to release on 10th April, 2024.
