There have been several instances in the history of the popular Indian reality TV show "Bigg Boss" where contestants have faced mental health issues and required therapy after their stint in the house. The show, which features celebrities from different walks of life living together in a closed environment for several weeks, often leads to emotional breakdowns, conflicts, and intense stress.

Sana Khan

One of the most well-known instances of a "Bigg Boss" contestant seeking therapy after the show was the case of actress Sana Khan. Sana, who appeared in the sixth season of the show, had a tumultuous time inside the house, with several fights and emotional breakdowns. After she was evicted, Sana revealed that she had been suffering from depression and anxiety, and sought therapy to deal with her mental health issues.

Kushal Tandon

Another "Bigg Boss" contestant who required therapy after the show was actor Kushal Tandon.
