Mrs. Mahi aka Janhvi Kapoor gives credit to her beau Shikhar Paharaiya for backing her dreams: Calls him 'Support System'
Janhvi Kapoor is one of the most prolific stars of the Bollywood industry who started her film career a while back and proved her cinematic prowess in absolutely no time. With movies like Dhadak, Mili, Gunjan Saxena, and Ghost Stories, she has given some of the most starry contributions to the Bollywood industry. As the young actress is currently gearing up for the release of her upcoming sports drama film - Mr. & Mrs. Mahi, she is riding high as she is moving places for its various promotional events and interviews.
Recently, during a similar interview, Janhvi Kapoor was seen talking about her relationship with Shikhar Pahariya and their dynamics. What captivated everyone most was when she opened up about her beau's immense support for backing her dreams all throughout.
During a snippet of a talk show, Janhvi Kapoor was asked to name those two people in her life to whom she wanted to give credit for everything. Answering the same, Janhvi quipped on her parents, Boney Kapoor and late Bollywood actress Sri Devi as they both have given her everything that was possible. It is their constant support and encouragement that has made everything possible. The starlet further thanked them for instilling good values and knowledge to her and her sister, Khushi Kapoor.
Well proceeding further with her reply, Miss Kapoor then credited her rumored boyfriend, Shikhar Pahariya for showing marvelous support. The actress even revealed for the first time that he had been an important part of her life when she was 15-16 years old. Speaking about her beau, she said, "I think my dreams have always been his dreams and his dreams have always been my dreams. We’ve been very close. We’ve been each other’s support system almost as if we’ve raised each other." Listening to Janhvi's reply, the interviewer then teased her saying, "It is a very Mr. & Mrs. Mahi moment," to which she replied 'I think so' with a smile.
Gossip started outpouring in the entertainment realm ever since the couple, Janhvi Kapoor and Shikhar Pahariya were spotted together in the Onam celebration last year. While that was just the beginning of their public appearance together, the polo player then soon started getting noticed spending quality time along with the ravishing actress, from date nights to family get-togethers and from events to temple visits, both of them never seen leaving each other's companionship. Recently, they were even spotted at the Jamnagar's royal festivity, while posing with several of their friends at the iconic event extravaganza of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding. Jahnvi Kapoor even became the entertainment headlines as she was seen flaunting her necklace with her lover's name on it.
