What is the Netflix show 'The Big Bang Theory' statement all about?
Season 2 of the superhit sitcom was originally aired 15 years ago on CBS Network. During a shared conversation between 'Sheldon'(Jim Parsons) and Raj(Kunal Nayyar) in the episode, they both were seen comparing Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Madhuri Dixit. Sheldon called Aishwarya "A poor man's Madhuri Dixit", to which Raj quoted "Aishwarya Rai is a goddess; By comparison, Madhuri Dixit is a leprous prostitute."
Jaya Bachchan's reaction to derogatory remarks
Ever since the scene got viral, fans shared their disappointment regarding the aired episode. Political analyst Mithun Vijay Kumar has condemned Netflix and issued the platform with a legal notice.
Jaya Bachchan reacted outrageously and slammed Kunal Nayyar's statement. "Is this Man insane? Badi gandi zubaan hain. He needs to be sent to a mental asylum. His family should be asked, what they think of his comment", she stated.
