Akshay Kumar’s ‘Bell Bottom’ To Be First Hindi Film To Start Shooting Post Lockdown

While the television industry has already started working, Bollywood will soon get on floors too. All producers and banners have a huge task to work on schedules, get all actors’ dates and even follow the new rules and amendments for shooting and Jackky Bhagnani has already worked on a great plan and will kickstart production of ‘Bell Bottom’.

Akshay Kumar’s spy drama is the first Hindi film to start working post lockdown. The team will go on floors with meticulous safety measures & use of latest technology - multiple sanitizing stations, wrist watches monitoring oxygen, temperature & blood pressure with a centralized dashboard to track team's health.

Speaking about resuming work for his production house, Jackky speaks to a leading portal saying, “I am truly grateful to Akshay Sir without whom this film and this shoot would have been impossible. He is a rock and our guiding light.”

He added, “It is only after every department and every individual was assured of the measures taken that we are embarking on this journey. From a doctor on the set at all times to keep the entire set disinfected at all times, safety first is our mantra. It’s a challenge but it makes Bellbottom even more special for all of us.”

‘Bell Bottom’ stars Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kapoor, Huma Qureshi and Lara Dutta. The shoot will commence next month and the makers are eager to start work and plan for a mid-next-year release.
