ASHISH NEHRA TOOK RETIREMENT FROM CRICKET

Here we have come up with one more interesting news for our Cricket fans. Where on one side, India has won his first T20 Match against New Zealand with a wonderful match. And on the other side, Ashish Nehra has taken retirement from the last format of cricket. It is a sad news for Ashish’s fans that he is taking retirement from cricket. Ashish Nehra wants to be remembered as “a person who didn’t learn and play but played and learnt”.

Ashish Nehra played his final International game for India on Wednesday. It was not only the match but was an emotional farewell for him as he played the game at his home ground Feroz Shah Kotla. Ashish Nehra says, “If you can, then sprint. It not, then run. Can’t run? Then jog. Won’t jog? Then at least walk! Can’t walk? Then crawl but just keep on moving.” Such a brilliant thought. The whole Indian Cricket Team gave Ashish Nehra a grand farewell on the ground at his retirement. The team danced in the ground in Airplane Style and gave him a great goodbye.
