Bharat Emerges Salman’s Biggest Eid Opener, Collects Rs 42.30 Crore On Day 1!

Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Sunil Grover and Disha Patani starrer ‘Bharat’ received overwhelming response from the movie lovers on Day 1 of its release. Ali Abbas Zafar’s directorial has set the box office on fire after it emerges as Salman Khan’s biggest Eid opener, surpassing Day 1 business of Sultan (Rs 36.54 Cr) and of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (Rs 40.35 Cr).

Trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh took to his official Twitter handle to share the box office details of ‘Bharat’ with his fans. In a series of tweets, he wrote: “#Bharat sets the BO on ???... East, West, North, South... Multiplexes, single screens... Metros, non-metros... Day 1 biz was mind boggling across the board, despite tough opposition from the crucial and much-hyped cricket match .”
