Bunty Aur Babli 2: Meet The New Lead Pair As Bluffmasters, Filming Has Begin

Rani Mukerji and Abhishek Bachchan won hearts in 2005 with their duo as con couple with the film ‘Bunty Aur Babli’. Now, new pair is ready to come to big screen as the next ‘Bunty Aur Babli’.

Actors Siddhant Chaturvedi, who made a name as MC Sher in Gully Boy, and debutant Sharvari are set to take the baton from Abhishek and Rani in Bunty Aur Babli 2.

Yash Raj Films announced the sequel of the film on Twitter. They wrote, "Meet the new Bunty aur Babli! @SiddhantChturvD | #Sharvari | #BuntyAurBabli2 | #VarunSharma."

The original film Bunty Aur Babli was directed by Shaad Ali and was written and produced by Aditya Chopra under the banner Yash Raj Films. In the original film, both Abhishek and Rani have unfulfilled dreams; they soon realize that they can con people easily. They adapt the name Bunty and Babli to bluff people.

The new film will be directed and written by Varun Sharma, set in today’s time.
