Cannes 2024 is currently riding high on the French Riviera and we are being served with its enthralling film premiere, celebrity attendees, and not to forget its iconic and lively red carpet. Begun on 15th May 2024, these past days have been some of the most limelight-stealing days of our lives as numerous Indian celebrities are keeping their best fashion foot forward while attending the global film festival. After Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Kiara Advani, and Urvashi Rautela, now Jacqueline Fernandez makes her grand entry at the coveted film festival. Interestingly, this year also marks her first time being the Cannes Debutant.
Bollywood's riveting actress, Jacqueline Fernandez finally made her starry presence at the 77th Cannes Film Festival. Making her debut on the global red carpet, the 38-year-old diva served her fashion glamour in a golden metallic gown that looked straight out of the future. Miss Fernandez donned an ethereal bronze custom-made gown by designer Mikael D Couture. The metallic strapless floor-sweeping gown, imbibed in mermaid core vibes, the gown truly hugged her figure from all the right angles. With the sweet-heart neckline ensemble, Jacquelin kept her hair and makeup extremely simple and complemented in some exquisite Hassanzade Jewellery.
Meanwhile, a week before marking her debut, the Indian actress shared her excited feelings about attending the event extravaganza for the first time. "I am super excited to go to the Cannes Film Festival once again this year and I cannot wait for it. It feels great to represent the Southeast Asian diaspora at a global level, and it's an honor to walk the prestigious red carpet where many legends have already walked."
Speaking about the Indian representation at the Cannes this year, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Kiara Advani, and Urvashi Rautela have already made their grand entrance at its numerous events including the red carpet appearance. The list also includes Made in Heaven actress, Sobhita Dhuliala. Speaking about the Canne's most veteran diva, Aishwarya Rai has served two eye-striking looks, custom-made by designer duo, Falguni and Shane Peacock.
