Famous Food Critic 'Pushpesh Pant' In 'Punjab Food Festival'

Noted Indian academic, Food critic and historian Mr. Pushpesh Pant, who is famous for his unique blend of ‘Rajma’ (taught to him by David Stockdale), recently visited the ‘Punjab Food Festival’ held at Kila Gobindgarh in Amritsar. A retired professor of International relations from the Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi, Pushpesh Pant enjoyed the various flavours and talked to PTC about his views.

Pushpesh Pant is one of India’s leading experts on International Relations as well as Indian cuisines, and as a columnist has written a number of major publications for the likes of Forbes, Open, Outlook, Times Of India and The Tribune. He has written a Cookery Book titled “India: The Cookbook” which was hailed by The New York Times as one of the best culinary books.  Pushpesh Pant has featured in many interviews and has also appeared in Raja Rasoi Aur Anya Kahaniya on Epic TV Channel. He was also awarded Padam Shri in 2016.
