Kareena Kapoor shares special birthday wish for 'friend forever' Manish Malhotra

Manish Malhotra news: On December 5, famous Bollywood designer Manish Malhotra celebrated his 56th birthday. Wishes from celebrity friends flooded the internet like a storm. Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan also penned a special birthday note for her beloved friend Manish Malhotra.

Kareena shared a monochrome picture in which both are happily posing for a selfie. Along with a photo, she wrote a sweet birthday note wishing Manish that reads, Happy birthday, she said that Manish was her forever friend.

Kareena and Manish have been friends together for a long time and Manish nearly designs all her costumes for movies.

Meanwhile, Manish Malhotra celebrated his 56th birthday with his mother and shared a picture on his Instagram. Sharing the picture, Manish wrote that there is no better way to celebrate his birthday than sitting next to his mother. Soon, after he shared the post, his industry friends flooded the comment section. Several actors like Sonali Bendre, Sophie Chaudhary, Karan Johar, Riddhima Kapoor, and Bhavana Pandey took to Instagram to wish the designer.

Designer Manish Malhotra has been in the industry for over 30 years now, he started his Bollywood journey with the 1990 film 'Swarg' which included Rajesh Khanna and Juhi Chawla. After this, he was offered a couple of films to design the actor's costumes which has made him a renowned designer today in the film fraternity.

On the professional front, his next film is Karan Johar's directorial 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' where he will design the outfits for the leads Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh.
