Manje Bistre 2: Recreating Punjab In Canada Was A Big Thing, Says Karamjit Anmol

Karamjit Anmol, Naresh Kathuria, and Bhana L.A were in conversation at PTC Punjabi showcase. They shared their moments of joy from the sets of Manje Bistre 2 and how it was a big thing to recreate Punjab in Canada, since the movie is shot in Canada.

Naresh in the show said that while writing the script I was worried about a lot of things to manage in a different country. However, they were surprised to get everything there. He said, “There was nothing we couldn’t get there. Tractor, trolley, manje Bistre (bed) everything was there.”

Karamjit, on the other hand said “Recreating a Punjabi environment in Canada was a big thing. One of our character shows how he misses Punjab and its culture of picking beds, and so the recreation of the same environment was a big thing.”

The movie is directed by Baljit Singh Deo, and is a sequel to 2018 super hit movie ‘Manje Bistre’ which starred Sonam Bajwa opposite Gippy Grewal.
