Photos: Deepika Padukone’s Chhapaak Look Is Driving Her Fans Crazy

Deepika Padukone is driving her fans crazy after few more pictures of her from the sets of ‘Chhapaak’ have gone viral. The film is based on true life story of an acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal.

In the film, Deepika is playing acid attack survivor Malti. The project is directed by Meghna Gulzar, who is collaborating with Deepika for the first time.

The film, which also stars Vikrant Massey in a pivotal role, is slated to release on January 10, 2020.

Laxmi Agarwal survived an acid attack when she was just 15. She was attacked by a man and his two friends because she refused to marry the former.
