PTC PUNJABI WEEKLY REVIEW: JUDWAA 2 CAN BE YOUR WEEKEND RETREAT

Hailed as the undisputed king of comedy, David Dhawan has more than three dozen comedy films in his kitty making him one of the most sought after names in comedy genre.

When he came up with Salman Khan Starrer Judwaa back in 1997, little did he know that twenty years down the line he would be directing the sequel to the movie and that too with his son Varun Dhawan playing the lead role.

If you are someone who has a rational point of view on everything and looks for logic in every movie he watches then there are chances you may not like Judwaa 2 because this movie is meant for pure fun with no logic whatsoever.

If you have no plans this weekend and wondering how to keep yourself occupied then Judwaa 2 could be a good retreat for you. Varun Dhawan’s antics from the very first scene certainly look fresh and hilarious and nowhere has it seemed that he’s attempting to redo Salman Khan.

Playing a double role for the first time Varun is honing his craft with every single movie. The female leads, Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu look beautiful in the film and it’s a delight to watch them grow in the industry.
