‘Race 3’ Crosses 100 Crores In The Opening Weekend

Race 3 was released on 15th June and is stil buzzing at the box office, reaping huge revenues for the makers. Salman Khan starrer was released on the eve of EID, and has entered its second week now. The movie witnessed a good start by making a Rs. 29.17 crore business on its opening day. Now, the movie has crossed 100-crores mark collection and has earned 106.47 crores so far. It has become the biggest opener of 2018 so far, with ‘Baaghi 2’ earning Rs. 25 crore and ‘Padmaavat’ earning Rs. 19 crore on their opening day.

Salman Khan’s latest release has become one of the biggest opener’s for the Bollywood actor beating ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, which earned Rs. 102 crore and ‘Sultan’ earning Rs. 105 crore.

With the huge collection made by this movie, we can say that Salman still rules the hearts, even at the age of 52. Besides B-Town’s legend Salman Khan, the movie features Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Daisy Shah, Saqib Saleem, and Jacqueine Fernandez.

Crossing a figure of 100-crores, Race 3 becomes fourth Salman starrer to collect 100 crore in 3 days. Other movies in this list include Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Sultan, and Tiger Zinda Hai. The Remo D’Souza directed movie has surpasses the opening weekend and still has one more week to prove itself.
