Richa Chadha shares sneak peek of her 'Mehendi' as she preps for pre-wedding festivities

Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal wedding: The wedding of Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha is scheduled to take place in Mumbai next month. The pre-wedding celebrations for the couple have already begin in Delhi and will last for three days.

For their pre-wedding celebrations on Wednesday, Richa and Ali recently took a quick flight to Delhi. Now that the preparations for the wedding with her longtime lover Ali are underway, the bride-to-be gave her fans a sneak peek at her Mehendi ceremony.

Richa uploaded a picture from her Mehendi ceremony to her Instagram account. The 'Fukrey' actress also displayed the Mehendi on her foot and the 'evil eye' nail design. Richa also gave 'Kamli', her pet cat, a tribute.

In the meantime, Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha posted an audio message to their social media accounts which can be heard saying, "You've reached the voicemail of Richa and Ali".

The couple announced that they formalised their union two years ago, and the epidemic struck everyone right after. The duo added that they experienced a series of personal tragedies, just like the rest of the country, and now that they all have a brief window of reprieve, they are finally celebrating with their loved ones and are deeply touched and appreciative of all the blessings that are coming their way.

The duo will get married in the first week of October in Mumbai with a small ceremony taking place in a rented bungalow.

The couple met on the sets of their movie 'Fukrey' in 2012 which also featured Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, and Manjot Singh.
