We have seen that Shilpa Shetty Kundra spend some extra time in the Gym to do some extra excercise so that she can enjoy her Sunday Binge on Sundays. Yesterday (13th May) she has posted one video in which we can see her enjoying the yummiest Brandy Snaps in her Sunday Binge.

Last week, We have seen that Shilpa Shetty Kundra worked hard in the Gym while she was doing a balancing act on bosuball. The reason behind that was Sunday Binge.

Shilpa Shetty Kundra worked hard in the Gym so that she could enjoy one cheat day in the week and enjoy 2 deserts today. Yes, you read that right, she is a foodie as well and you can yourself see that in the below post she has shared.

Shilpa Shetty Kundra quoted that:

From the video, it looks really yummy and amazing too. She can be seen having tresleches cake and mango cream cake in the video, and this cake is made by a junior master chef whose age is only 13 years.

Now since she had these amazing sweets today that doesn't mean that she won't be doing hard to burn this. She has planned to do 20 Surya namaskar, 2 sets of 1 minute planks, 20 burpees, 3 sets of 15 squats and 100 skips to burn this tomorrow.

Even last Sunday we have seen her flaunting with the mangoes on her Sunday Binge menu.
