Vivek Oberoi makes a shocking revelation of his 'dark past'

Vivek Oberoi news: Actor Vivek Oberoi revealed that he was depressed and surrounded by negative thoughts and wanted to give up on everything at a point in his career. Vivek stated that it was his family and especially his wife Priyanka Alva who has helped him overcome this state of mind.

Recently in an interview, he mentioned that Vivek can very well relate to the late Sushant Singh Rajput. When Vivek Oberoi was a fresher in the industry he felt like the place he had entered is cruel, and brutal and could suppress an individual at any time. Vivek added that it was his family who stood like a pillar and constantly supported and guided his path. Further, he said that it was the love of his fans who prayed for his well-being that saved him from the trap. Vivek Oberoi stated that he couldn't survive without the support of his fans and family.

In addition to it, Vivek also mentioned that the industry aims to break one from within so that they are surrounded by negative thoughts. He then mentioned that what happened with Sushant was a tragedy which nobody could help. Vivek could feel the pain and suffering that he might have gone through.  He then stated that the industry is cunning at times because the lies that they speak about an individual look like the truth to others and that is how the image of a celebrity was harmed.

At this time, it is important for an individual to stay motivated, calm, happy and composed to face these situations.

On the work front, Vivek Oberoi will be next seen in Rohit Shetty's OTT debut, Indian Police Force as IGP Rathore alongside Sidharth Malhotra and Shilpa Shetty.
