This Friday, on February 28, Punjabi cinema will see a blast with the release of Gippy Grewal, Roshan Prince starrer film ‘Ik Sandhu Hunda Si’. Movie buffs are excited to watch the film as the film’s release date was rescheduled to February 28 from February 14 because of the release of Jagdeep Sidhu’s ‘Sufna’.

Gippy and Roshan reunites

The film has actors Gippy Grewal and Roshan Prince in the lead roles. Well, this is not the first time that Gippy Grewal and Roshan Prince are working together. They both have worked together in 2013 release ‘Lucky Di Unlucky Story’ and 2018 release ‘Subedar Joginder Singh’. And now, the duo is back to win hearts with ‘Ik Sandhu Hunda Si’.

Songs

The songs of ‘Ik Sandhu Hunda Si’ are a hit at the music charts. Ranging from a gangster song, telling the tale of friendship to corruption in the college elections, to tugging your heartstrings with its beats, the film has beautiful song.

Tale of friendship

The film tells a tale of love and friendship. Starring Gippy, Roshan and Babbal Rai in the lead role, the film revolves around the friendship of three friends who are fighting against corruption in college elections. More than the love angle, the film has an angle of a beautiful friendship between Gippy and Roshan.

Neha Sharma debut

The film will mark as the debut Punjabi film of the actress Neha Sharma. A native of Bihar, she stepped into the acting industry with the Telugu film ‘Chirutha’. Her Hindi breakthrough was ‘Crook’, released in 2010. After trying her fate in Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and Tamil, she is now stepping into the world of Punjabi entertainment.

Babbal Rai factor with Gippy Grewal

The film also has Babbal Rai in it! Interestingly, even Babbal Rai’s debut in Pollywood was marked with the Gippy Grewal starrer ‘Singh Vs Kaur’, wherein he played a cameo. Babbal has plenty of films in his kitty this year, and most of them are with Gippy Grewal.
