The director of the film Param Shiv has beautifully portrayed the scenes that will enthrall the audiences. The story is full of suspense, twists and turns that will keep the audiences glued to the television screens. This is a periodic story about a small Muslim boy who is accidentally left in Punjab during the partition. A Sikh family saves the boy and the lady of the house makes sure to send the boy back to his loved ones.
“Raavi” is the name of the river which is now in Pakistan. And, as the title suggests, the whole concept is to make the boy reach to the other side of the river from Punjab. The struggle they have to face to send the Muslim boy to the other side of the river, the problems they have to go through to complete the whole process and the loss they have to bear is what “Raavi Paar” is all about.
Partition has brought so much pain to the people by different means. Some people lost their families, some have to the financial loss while some of them were left neither with their families nor with the money. To watch what happens in the end, will the boy be able to meet his family or he has to live without them for the rest of his life?
